Petition to have icon border to be square

Currently, all of the icon are square but why are the icon border in our profile circle? It doesnt fit and makes most of the icon looks weird Its blocking the remaining part of the icon and now my plat icon looks garbage when i equip.

Because the ingame client uses squares for your icon, however the client uses circles and if you didnt notice all the recently released icons fit with the circle theme, so that the focal point of the icon is within the circle margin with only a non important decorated exterior for the square ingame version.

The circle is smart, and on par with the clean modern look used by nearly every social media and other game related applications.

It's so much bettwe than the square which quite frankly looks clunky and ill-fitting.

I prefer the circle tbh. Just zoom the icons out a bit and it'll be fine.
