That trap "buff" is not going to make jinx WR rise. You need to give jinx main something much better buff, since there isnt single rune that is good on jinx.....

I played a hour long match with Jinx adc on my team and they had Twitch. The question occured to me, why play Jinx when you can stealth and blow up teams at a greater range?
The top tier adcs are disgusting, no way should Jinx and others be powercreeped to that. riot shouldnt rebalance adcs before nerfing crit. Which i dont hold much hope for at this point.
