How to win if all lanes fail

i usually win lane, but another lane just always magically loses and i tp and roam and try to do everything to help them. At the end of the day they're so weak they die and im left to 1v1 or 1v2 the enemy fed laners, with a jungler sometimes. This is basically how a game goes: i play adc->fb double kill bot->mid feeds->mid roams with jungler->i die without any help or time to escape. Then the game just loses from that point on and the enemy team plus my team both flame me for losing 10 games in a row in my match history. super snowball your lead. Last game I had a rqer while playing teemo and still carried since I won top super hard and played the map right and played smart. Play carry champions or things you can win with. I always take ignite because the players are bad and I just win lane super hard then. I just roam around the map pushing waves and getting more kills on out of position cocky opponents who throw after top is demolished into the ground that is.

When I play jungle and I get an early lead, I'm in the enemy jungle for the majority of the game. If you snowball your lane, then hard push the lane and get deep wards in the enemy jungle. Then what you want to do is hard farm and get kills when you can. This is how I play literally every game and if someone gives me a lead it's only lost by my team throwing it. And if you're team throws that game, well just move onto the next one. Also, if you're the one throwing, you should take that as a lesson to improve.
