How long does hextech crafting restrictions last

ok ok, i know people are gonna say im a toxic bastard who DESERVES this shit. But is this restriction forever? I mean sure i'm toxic but toxic people have their rights too. I personally was banned, believe it or not, because i flamed at a guy who flamed at me first. Now that we got the whole "toxic players don't get shit for free" part, someone answer my question.

p.s. do i get to buy loot from the shop even if i have restriction?

The restriction isn't forever, however we don't know how long it lasts. There was a comment made by a Rioter on the topic which you can view here. Basically it says that if you can continue to play with sportsmanlike behavior, the restriction will eventually be lifted, but the time it takes for that to happen isn't a fixed amount of time; it will be different from player to player. Hopefully, Riot will release some more info about this soon.

Also, I'm fairly certain that you can still buy chests and keys in the store for RP.
