I've been gone quite awhile and the game seems to have changed dramatically. I figured out the new masteries since I was alerted with a notification but what about rank? I just played 1 match of the new rank and now the option for it and draft mode are missing? is this a bug or are we being forced to play 1 normal match after ranked? any other changes I should know about? like champion reworks?

Xin crits on his third strike on his w and he heals for .4 ap of the damage does but its a garen-teed to crit.
all you need to know is that the shit that was broken when you played, is still broken, and there are way way more fking OP as shit champs now, so you are guaranteed to get a freelo piece of shit in your game because we STILL only have 3 bans.
GL and bring some blood pressure meds or youre heart is going to explode once you realize riot dont give 2 fucks about the state of the game, and continues to make change to make it worse.
