My first account I created was permanently suspended back in 2011 for things said in 2009 by the tribunal after spending $100+, countless hours playing and unlocking various items & whats ironic is the chat they used to punish me was before summoners code or the tribunal even existed (publicly).

Another account of mine was suspended permanently while never being issued temporary suspensions, warnings, or restrictions. I contacted player support and it was lifted but placed on restrictions. (a rare win where player support actually done their job)

Most recently this account (Buzztip B) was suspended for two weeks for "being argumentative & negative towards other players" from a single match. Which I could accept if it were true. A fair punishment would of issued restrictions or even a warning in this particular case as this account has no history of behavioral problems or displayed what your player support claims in that particular match.

I've read your policies & summoners code I've exemplified & exercised the code of conduct I & everyone else agrees to when registering an account, yet I'm still being punished by your extremely flawed system. I've been playing this game pretty much since it started and for the most part I've enjoyed the experience while being kicked around by you RIOT. I've lost countless hours playing & $100's of dollars in the process and I've pretty much accepted the decisions made despite disagreeing with them.

I would really appreciate actual support that would clarify WHY this account was suspended but If I learned anything dealing with RIOT it's to never expect help or straight answers. I'm done with this game and anything riot does in the future but hey whats one person right.. As you continue to dictate how players interact with one another and biasly punishing those who your employees disagree with you'll find more & more people complaining and ultimately destroying the community you claim care about. If you truly care about us (the players) you'd lift suspensions that do not warrant them & implement a system that is capable of judging player behaviors. Instead of censoring us with your oppressive rules which aren't even in your "summoners code".

Since Riot fails miserably at common decency I sincerely hope players join together to file a class action lawsuit against riot games in the future for their many failures we (the players) endured over the many years. Your EULA isn't a protective cover that could shield you from everything you people have done.

I'd be willing to bet that none of your player support specialists are even aware of the EULA or Summoners code that you people throw generic terms like toxicity out there in hopes people will not logically argue their case get frustrated and move on & I'd double down to say you have them using scripted responses. How anyone could possibly believe idiots parroting scripts is supportive is beyond belief.

Guess I'll play Smite & chuckle while others wise up and join me :) fuck you seriously.

In the past I was issued bogus punishments which I either got modified or lifted after arguing my case but I'm tried of fighting them & playing email tag with player support every time. I wouldn't be posting this if it was a problem only I encounter, I take responsibility for my actions I just wanted a fair punishment. This is more about getting their attention and hopefully having these issues addressed. RIOT does make mistakes.

I don't think anyone here can disagree with you on that. Of course they do, they are humans and if you can find me a game where the community doesn't complain about something or other, you either A. haven't played the game enough and don't frequent their forums, or B. are lieing to yourself. They do fuck up, there is still no replays, the system shouldn't be automated, I don't understand half of their balance designs, and etc more things, but that isn't what I'm talking about.

However, after a few cases of being permanently banned and banned over and over and over and OVER again, you have to realize that maybe, just maybe YOU are the one at fault, perhaps there is something you can do to change?

Didn't say anything about the system being automated.

They do and have made mistakes in the past with me personally and I know for a fact i'm not the only one so it isn't pointless to mention my personal experiences to encourage change. I'm not complaining about the community or the game I'm complaining about their policies, specifically how they ban people to nickle and dime em' which they're doing essentially. Again I've played this game long enough and understand the code of conduct to where I would know if I was at fault with my current suspension which I am not. either way it doesn't matter as this post is more about addressing the issues with their banning system& their agreements than my personal experiences.

Yeah, the system does have faults, but I just find it hard to believe that a person who gets punished over and over and over again is the innocent party in all of this is all.

Warnings and restrictions are designed to eliminate poor behavior I received neither before being issued this suspension (totally different account) the other suspensions occurred on separate accounts & were only mention to illustrate the point riot makes mistakes.

The latest suspension (new account) was issued due to being "argumentative & negative" towards another player. The summoners code basically says we're allowed to share our opinions & views with other players so long as it isn't excessively negative or critical of other players which I was neither they're basically punishing me the language I used which in all honestly wasn't bad and certainly did not warrant a two week suspension maybe chat restrictions if that.

I honestly don't need you to believe me but if you'd like I can forward the emails to you along with links to their summoners code and eula and you could solve the mystery. I swear I didn't break any of their rules.

You realize at any point for any reason they can terminate your account they don't even have to give you an excuse? could you imagine following their rules (I didn't break one) and receiving a two week suspension only after being gifted/purchasing rp. I wouldn't be complaining if I was at fault.

From your post alone, you definitely have problems following the Summoner's Code. Plus the fact that you have been suspended more than once just shows that you have not learned your lesson. Riot gets the chat logs when you are reported, so the chance that you were mistakenly suspended is pretty rare.

If you have invested that much, clean up your act and don't do things that get you suspended. It's that easy.

Whats really amusing is I actually do follow the summoners code and go out of my way to defend less experienced players from the toxic people who play. My previous suspensions were only mentioned to illustrate the point riot makes mistakes. Which isn't as rare as you'd hope. My act is pretty clean I rarely even use chat to say anything other than positive things my latest suspension is pretty bogus & will most likely be lifted. from my understanding of the summoners code players are encouraged to share their opinions/views so long as it isn't excessively negative or argumentative towards other players which I exercised & received a two week suspension I was actually told the rules I broke aren't in the code so I'm complaining about it to bring attention to my case & to encourage change to the current agreements.

Unfortunately constructive criticism is viewed as toxic by a lot of players. It's best to not even converse with them, just mute and move on.

Using chat to say anything unpopular will usually result in a suspension. It's ridiculous the most absurd thing I've every been banned for was calling friends I played with cheese sandwiches. Muting players should only be used in extreme cases as it hinders communication among players. Riot needs to step up and correct either their agreements or define clearly what is considered toxicity. They have EVERYONE afraid of using chat freely in matches due to the extreme punishments they'll face. It wasn't always like this & people still played.

Nope followed their rules on a fresh account and received a suspension without ever receiving warnings or restrictions.

I've had them lift or modify punishments in the past because they are known to make mistakes some rioters will biasly issue punishments just because they don't agree with you even if you don't break any of their rules. It's a bullshit system I'm not their only victim.
