new champ select

cant they get back the smallest thing wich is "choose the champ then afk for a min it auto locks" thing is gone now can the screen pop up when i get to choose the champ/choose my ban if the game is on taskbar? i mean sometimes am watching a utube vid waiting for the draft queue wich takes 5-6 mins nowdays and then i lock the champ, go back watching the vid after a min i found that the lobby kicked me wth, they decreased the locking timing+ now it doesn't popup when i get the ban choose/lock my champ?

its the smallest thing that helped more then the new champ select itself.
