Game crashing

I was playing a normal game, but suddenly the game crashed, tried to reconnect but it says the game has crashed, please try to reconnect to the game, an hour and a half passed till now and its still the same, crashes every time when i reconnect, i tried to unplug the modem and plug it, didn't work, restarted the pc, didn't work, Can anyone help here? this is getting really annoying..
