I cant play the game literally

Hi i have an imense issue with the game.I tried to play some games but for some resones i can't.Every singel time i want to enter in a lobby,after the pick phase it just appear on my screen "reconect" I press the same button for 10 times and after that i just gave up,i click it it's loading and again the reconect button this is happening on every game mode,even custome games and is not a internet problem everything seems fine on his pc.Also i've notice also in his games that a lot of peopel are afk and after the patch 9.18 he started to have some huge frame drops from 100 to 8 or something similar I had the same issue even on my pc whene I could play it.Are the EU servers burning again or is just me?

I was having a really bad time with in game lag and game alt-tabbing out spontaneously with the new patch. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. That seems to have cleared it up for me.

I reinstaled it and made the game check for errores and corapted filles,still the same issue.
