I cant use e on Ekko

Hi i recently playd a game with Ekko and almost everytime i casted my e I just couldnt use it, I can cast the rest of abilitys while he was freez in e animation.I couldnt hit minions, tawers or champins i just run around menacing in that positon I want to mention this is in patch 9.22 so it could be just the frame drops and random disconect that just pop out from time to time to everyone
