9lp, really Riot?

I made a post about low lp gain before, but this is ridiculous. How do I climb if it takes me over 10 games to get enough lp to even get to a promo, let alone 2 more to actually rank up. Yeah, I am a dirty bronzie, but I have to be with this lp gain. I would really like to know what it going on!

It's because the servers crashed, so people got loss prevention. This makes the winning team get less lp.

It's because there is an issue with the servers, that people are d/cing and unable to reconnect to games, so they put in loss prevention.
