Please, Mr/Mrs. ADC, stop demanding that every other lane play a tank and saying "well I can't go tank, im the Adc!"

If you wan't a tanky team, go play a tank on your team.

I think he was complaining about the people who demand others to be X, when they themselves could easily fulfill that role(by the likes of Graves/Urgot, along with going in ANY OTHER LANE). Asking is fine, but demanding is "a privileged, and dumb, standpoint".

I can see that, but just the general tone and way he worded things makes it seem like it's stupid to ask for a tank on your team. Idk, it was too salt-filled to properly translate for me xD

It was really salt filled.

It was after a game where a Jinx (who than switched to Kalista ) DEMANDED i play either Leona or Nautilus instead of Morgana because "I want a tanky team", even though we already had a Gnar and a Rammus.

Graves and Urgot are absolutely not tanks. They are tankier than traditional ADCs but in absolutely no way are they tanks.

So, ADC =/= Glass Cannon. You might just have always seen, and always built Glass Cannon ADC for whatever reason.

No, but I fail to understand how an adc with 1 or 2 defense items qualifies as a tank (aka a maokai, braum, naut, etc)

The minimum should be 1 defense item and a hybrid. Like Banshees and Trinity Force on Ezreal should meet the requirement, but if the the team was initially lacking any tanks, then the carry will need to build an additional defense item in the later stages.

Ex.) Lucian with Lulu Support summoner 14 summoner 4 item 3009 item 3748 item 3508 item 3812 item 3022 item 3142 or item 3026

Glass Cannon is a term originally meant for mages anyways. Paper tigers is the term for physical damage users who can't take hits. Ever since glass cannon became the universal term for both it has annoyed me to no end -_-

Paper tiger? I heard the term as paper dragon, usually a reference to something in Asia not being a formidable as it seems; like the Chinese Military.

The interpretation of glass cannon is very easy, so deviating from that isn't necessary.

No, I want them to select top, support, or jungle, and than play a tank.

This isn't about people who see that the team is 5 assassins and is like hmm... maybe we should get a tank or two.

This is about the people who who immediately say "Play a tank support/top/jungle" the minute they log in.

I'm fairly certain it's OK for an ADC (as someone innately squishy) to say "I would rather we not have a completely squishy team, can we get some tanks?"

As a Jungler, there are times I'd like to play certain champions, but can't because for whatever reason, we have a Yasuo top lane and a squishy as fuck mid laner, and support decided to go AP Zyra because no one else has AP. The problem isn't people who say "play tank" as ADC. It's the people who pick Kindred jungle or Riven top and say "someone else go tank" when the other possible tank lanes have already locked in.
