This is something I've wondered for awhile and was just reminded of. Not sure if there was a time where it did and Karthus was super OP but I just seems like it'd be the definitive execute ability in the game instead of Garen's ult.
He'd certainly be higher on my purchase list and I'm sure alot of others as well.
Itadaki Seieki1 votesGiven you have about 100 extra AP on your level 11, which should be 700 it's usually a definitive kill. His ulti has always been REALLY good, however he got hit hard with the extra minute of CD that all global ulti's got hit with.
At least it's range didn't get nerfed too. :/
Khâmul1 voteshe doesn't need it. Karthus is just a monster in late game. I have a build that I do when I play with my friends. Less but more impactful teamfights: that means I only have 15% cdr on the runes. the rest is :

use E, and some bombs. When mid mana, got in the center of the teamfights (because you have no mana item :D ) and die before you get oom.place your wall,2 bombs and hear them crying while a green light fall on them :p
one day,I just killed an adc with putting a wall then 2 bombs XD
just to say that his damages are really insane,even tanks can't ignore you.
