New Zac question for Riot

Hi will his new Q be fixed so that it claps 2 things together at max pull range? As of right now when i land the Q and the AA at max ranged, they merely bump towards each other. Can you make it so they clap together at any pull range? By the way, i have 520K experience with zac, main him in ranked and played him for 4 years.

I am now unable to play him in ranked with his useless ult and while the Q is better, it's actually not if they won't clap together at the longer ranges. Thanks Riot for another unnecessary "rework". Made the champ unplayable. I won't get to 521K experience.
