Blind affects

So as of now all of the champs besides whom have a blind also have some blind of screen affect happen. I was wondering if riot was going to add a screen darkening to his blind, as of now he is weak as shit anywhere past gold and it might be a buff that would be useful and also not actually overpower anything.
