Can you tell me how its fair?

something has to be done about point and click compatibilty with aery passive. literally any matchup melee vs ranged where they have point and click with aery you cant counterplay it. been having games repeatedly where top lane goes panth or teemo with aery passive and just spams you to death until you are a level 7 riven against a level 13 panth 90 cs down. In what fashion can you justify something that makes the game so unenjoyable and unplayable to be fair? And for those who suggest getting jng to gank or mid to roam, under what condition should there be so much effort into stopping something that should be counter playable in your own lane? if you cant have a viable way to counterplay something by yourself against your laner than shouldnt that be the line where its drawn, like "hey this is pretty unfair for someone to have this kind of power over someone else". Theres no salt here, I literally just get a pit in my stomach whenever I see something like a panth aery top lane cause you literally just have to concede even laning and hope to god theyre bad enough to let you scale into the late game. And if not than kiss your however long the game last of your life away cause it was a huge waste of time. This needs to be addressed cause I literally see no light at the end of the tunnel for things like this to be allowed. If its not considered broken than just consider the facts where they literally control your fate in that game unless you get extravagent amounts of help.
