Solo queue player problem's

As someone who works on a weird schedule my friends and I are not always able to play with each other. So I personally find it very frustrating when I go to play a game by myself and get put against a group of 3-5 people in some kind of communication. In this game the communication of a team is often the most important aspect. You can outplay 1 or 2 players but when you try to outmaneuver and out run 5 people who have decent communication going on it become's nearly impossible when you are a solo player to make play's against a decent team or assassinate someone or even something as simple as a jungle invade become's suicide because you can't deal with 3 or 4 people trying to get you who have just boxed you in because they have the communication that your team does not. It is just unfair to be screwed over in this game because I have a different schedule for when I can and cannot play a game or 2 with my friend's. I find it extremely troubling that a company that less then a year and a half ago I would have rated as one of the best companies I've ever had to deal with has begun screwing people over for not having a group of friend's to play every game with. Or delaying solo queue or just never releasing it. It's just unreal to me that This is allowed to happen in this game. I'm at low elo where the majority of player's are. So don't tell me that The game can't find 9 other solo player's in the entire na server to play a game.
