Now before you go off on me let me explain. I have a couple of friends that have hundreds of thousands of IP on their account, but have no idea on what to do with it. So I'm thinking maybe adding in IP Gifting, but here's the kicker, 50:1. Thoughts? Too high of a ratio? Too low of a ratio?
What does the ratio mean?
I'd make it somewhere between 1:2 or 1:3

It just runs against Riot's business model so it makes little sense to implement. It would decrease revenue gained by new/low IP players paying RP for champions. It's not a bad idea or anything, but it's not something Riot would want to do, even if at a ratio of some kind.
