Player Made Solo Queue? (@Riot would this be allowed?)

A hot thread on the boards is talking about LCS teams leaving DQ to have a version of solo Q on Tournament Realm. (http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/8WQgMLR4-lcs-teams-are-quitting-dynamic-queue-for-in-house-solo-queue-on-tournament-realm)

However, most players don't have access to tournament realm. Since the announcement that there will be no Riot created solo queue, players on reddit have begun asking whether they could create a player generated version of solo queue. This thread already has thousands of upvotes and apparently a version of a player run solo queue already exists (see the reddit link).

@Riot - Would you allow a player created version of solo queue? The main suggestion seems to be a website that matches players based on a solo queue elo, then the players join a custom game, and the results get put into the website updating the participating players elo.

i would sign up and pay montly fees to the website to stay alive and truly enjoy playing 1+1+1+1+1 vs 1+1+1+1+1 kind of games that would make my video game experience with league great again.

No it will not ever be allowed, it's a nice thought but this would be shut down and mass bans would be sent out

It would be allowed, since the website would use data that is accessible through their API.

I'm trying to gauge interest in such a project, but so far it's been like pulling teeth.

As best I can tell, a player created Solo Queue system would be allowed.

Don't see much of a point of it at all, but I imagine Riot would let it exist until A) They didn't want it to or B) someone started monetizing it.

There are websites that have own ladder for 1v1 and 2v2 that you can play for free or gamble on your games. Oddone even promote one of them so I imagine something like SOLOQ made by ppl would be technically allowed too but that sounds pretty ridiculous considering how many ppl play this game.

And if it grows too big it will be shut down very, very fast.
