Did you literally made the exact same thread? Normal MMR and ranked MMR are not equal and will never be. They are two completely different numbers. They exist only in their own little space. How else you want me to say it? I can come up with more ways to say "they are not the same!"

This is Normal. Normal has its own rating. If a challenger plays Normal for the first time he starts on the same rating like a Silver or everyone else.
