Had this happen to me several times. Always on the right-most champion slot. Not sure what's causing it unfortunately but I can definitely feel your pain. Atleast 2x 3 star upgrade down the drain, 3x 2 star upgrade gone and in several cases I never saw those champions again (so rip 3 star chances) during that game. Two of those were on Lucian, 2 of those were on Ashe and once on Warwick. Can't recall the other champions (though I believe one of them was a Lulu).

This just happend to me as well. Finally got the MF I needed, but was on the post on the far right, but could not buy it :(
