^^^^ That. Although I find tf very balanced to fight against. He has a stun, aoe, global Ulf that lets him tp, a slow and can wreck your team if you aren't careful but he is also super squishy, awkward when ulting and quite slow at running and preparing his stun. (Darn yellow card..)

His damage compared to many other ap mids is quite mediocre but he compensates it with his ultimate which is probably one of the strongest if not the strongest ultimate in the game. Not to mention his W is a potential 2 second stun on a very low cooldown. However his burst damage with his E+W+Lich bane+Q can not be underestimated and can still kill squishies really easily with it.

Problem is that he's extremely weak laner beacuse he lacks ultimate for 1v1 combat and on top of it he's extremely squishy. In some matches all he can do is hug the tower for the majority of the game (fizz, kass, zed, talon etc.). But his global presence is what makes him probably one of the best midlaners.
