How to play against 3 tanks heavy CC team

I have very hard time in games especially ranked when for example "i play fizz mid,my adc is vayne and supp lux,jungle rengar,top fiora on my team" and enemy team have "reksai jungle,top illaoi,ahri mid,support thresh and adc lucian" i get fed and first blood in my lane and from roaming early game end with 7/1 at 16 min but once 29 min occurs i have no chance of winning and get easily shut down in every team fight because never ganked top exept for getting kills and fiora getting crushed every time with rammus babysitting their illaoi.Our lux support don't buy "sightstone" and "frost queen's claim" while taking most of kills from adc and starving gold because support never take farm and she don't have any gold income item.What is your recommened champion and role best suggestion to deal in situation like this because i don't feel i can do anything with assasin mid if they have good teamwork and teamcomp like this i mentioned.
