Bots in Dominion PvP

I just got out of a game with a friend who's less than level 30... And I noticed that my game was full of bots even though it was a PvP game! Literally, I'm 100% sure they were bots because they followed an extremely basic script. The 3 bots on my team would just run up to top and capture it, or just stand still until it's captured and/or they died. They wouldn't fight anyone, and if the enemy team captured our middle point, they would run through it and die lol.

Riot pls, what's going on here?
