really?

like i understand the hype, new champ released and everyone wants to play him, but i'm in my promos, and i'm not trying to have that troll on my team that picks him and has no idea what he's doing, i understand 5mins, maybe even 10mins for queue dodging, but 25mins of waiting is absurd amount of time for not wanting to spend the rest of my LOL days in bronze 5. i've only ever que dodged 2 times , this being the 2nd time in the past 3 months. idk why the time is so long.
