bronze elo trolls

it's bad enough some of us are in bronze already and went 6-4 in are promos and wind up in bronze 5 when we were silver 5 last season. but it's really bad when we get trolls and report them and then get stuck with them in the next game and are forced to dodge so we don't waste another 20mins and 18LP just to not deal with that.

i've done the whole report system and filled out exactly what was said and what happened and my whole team reported them and nothing happened. i'm really trying here, and i know this community can be helpful sometimes and would really appreciate the support on this, and maybe even how to deal with it without losing LP everytime.
