Due to mana changes, it's almost imposible to keep up with him as a mage.
Something needs to be done to either his damage vs. minions or something.
Until then he's gonna be my #1 priority ban when I'm playing mid.
vlad is broken he should get nerfed
They should rework him so we can finally have Will of the Ancients back
Vlad used to be balanced by making up for his weak early and mid game burst by out-sustaining mage poke. What do you think has changed?
