Proposed changes for Heimerdinger's R
Hello, here are some changes I have in mind for Heimerdinger's R:

Mana cost: Make it free, and just use the mana cost of the spell casted. It doesn't seem like much but it'll be a lot better for his early mana.

R + Q: -- Damage: Imo, the Apex Turret has been addressed in the wrong way. If you compare it to other similar summons (Tibbers, Maiden, Daisy) this one is very lackluster. Low damage early, decent scaling but it happens that when it scales enough to be a threat it is almost instantly killed by any competent jungler. -- CC inconsistencies: Its tooltip says it's immune to disables, but Syndra can grab it, Sion can displace it, Azir can't displace it. -- How to fix: For starters, fix the CC immunity, afterwards there's a couple of options. One is to make it do the same damage (beams included) in half the time (current duration: 8 seconds) and make it invulnerable. The other one is to make it explode for a chunk of damage if it's destroyed. I want it to work like Illaoi's R, you just gotta GTFO when she Ults.
