Proposed changes for Heimerdinger's R

Hello, here are some changes I have in mind for Heimerdinger's R:

  • Mana cost: Make it free, and just use the mana cost of the spell casted. It doesn't seem like much but it'll be a lot better for his early mana.

  • R + Q: -- Damage: Imo, the Apex Turret has been addressed in the wrong way. If you compare it to other similar summons (Tibbers, Maiden, Daisy) this one is very lackluster. Low damage early, decent scaling but it happens that when it scales enough to be a threat it is almost instantly killed by any competent jungler. -- CC inconsistencies: Its tooltip says it's immune to disables, but Syndra can grab it, Sion can displace it, Azir can't displace it. -- How to fix: For starters, fix the CC immunity, afterwards there's a couple of options. One is to make it do the same damage (beams included) in half the time (current duration: 8 seconds) and make it invulnerable. The other one is to make it explode for a chunk of damage if it's destroyed. I want it to work like Illaoi's R, you just gotta GTFO when she Ults.

Heimer is in an ok spot. The bugfixes okay, but he does not need buffs, especially since his kit is pretty toxic, his q zoning is way too strong and if you want his R+Q to be buffed you'll have to take power from other abilities.

Another uneducated player who once was beat by a dong. Dinger is nowhere near okay and riot knows it. 48% win rate when you are played primarily by OTPs is ridiculous. Let the snowflakes keep melting into tears when they can't figure out how to beat heimer in his current state. Bud if you think he's even near the power level he needs to be with your skill level now, you are in for a LONG rude awakening in the game of life. Go get an education, then come back and we'll talk.
