Teaching Roles and Positions

Is there some way that we can teach roles and position to new players and working with the team to pick players at the beginning. Im tired of being in blind pick and having 3 people insta lock and ADC in and then all say they are going bot. Then most have no idea how to ADC. I know a lot of this comes over time, but there has to be something we can teach new players so not everyone tries to go ashe and insta locks in and does't talk to team. Most new players don't even know about a support and jungle role we should be teaching them as well since the most basic and standard has 1 support and jungle. Im not hating on the league tutorial but to only have a tutorial to be Ashe as an ADC is probably one reason why. Is there some tutorial that we can make that can show different roles and the basics of them and the position of a basic summoners rift. Thanks, please state your opinions.
