Low Priority and Remake

So yesterday I had family medical trouble I unfortunate had to afk in a game for about 10 minutes and got the LeaverBuster low priority queue for 5 games with a 20 minutes timer, which I'm not complaining too much about because I did afk. What is irritating though is the fact I wait 20-minutes and the next game I get into, the opposing team has someone disconnect and its a remake.....I then have to wait another 20 minutes to again and I got not even 5-minutes of game time, how is that far considering I am serving my punishment, why am I punished more, please fix this so if its a remake I do not have to wait in a 20-minutes low priority queue again.
