Possible Vayne counter

So I sometimes play Urgot as an adc, and I have a 90% winrate with him in 10 matches (all as the adc). This is low elo, mind, but I was just thinking about his kit and I feel like it does kind of counter Vayne, if you can lock her down with a cask thing before she tumbles away. If you can hit this, the slow would prevent her from being quite so mobile, and you can deal damage to her whilst being out of range of her w passive, and if she pops her ult, its simple, just cast your point and click ult on her and get your support to cc her immediately after she has switched positions, with their ult. This in combination with Urgot's somewhat burstiness (aa-q-aa-q) would make locking her down and killing her that much easy past 6 anyway. The shield would also be useful to put up on the passive bolt procs, as it would pretty much negate the damage almost entirely. I know some people claim Kalista counters Vayne a bit but her slow is not that reliable and requires stacking of auto attacks during which Vayne can trade with you.
