Juggernauts ruining toplane for a whole new reason

I like to counterpick quite a lot, and less op (old) Garen/Darius counter quite a few champs which irritate me. Because they get banned so much this means it gets harder to counterplay and I find it difficult to shut down certain bursty toplaners particularly easy. Ad casters are having a ball top without Darius and Garen, as both get banned most games.
