Urgot Ult Dropping Tower Aggro Fixed?

In the patch 5.1 notes, there's mention of a bug being fixed relating to movement abilities dropping turret aggro. Is this what was causing enemies targeted by Urgot's ult to drop tower aggro after the swap? (i.e. will that now be fixed?) If not, could that be fixed soon pleaaase? Even Noxian necromantic nightmares need love too.
