League makes me straight up angry sometimes. But instead of melting into a puddle of my own uncivilized emotion, I'd rather sit with one leg up and instead offer something a bit more substantial than blind rage.

Starting tamely:Ahri Needs something to do with her autos. She can auto to target her w, but that's not what I think would help. I'd like to see em chase her autos for more damage, or if all of em hit the same target she can auto for a missing health proc exchanged out for up front damage. I don't know, I think her autos are wasted for a "Kite mage". I know they've been toying around with bonus damage for the fox and this could be it.

More casual stuff: Aatrox . W is lame as a toggle spell. How about bonus damage over 50% hp and bonus healing when under. Kinda like the item from smite.

Kalista Remove auto attack restrictions (Lost vision = no hit aa, -10% aa damage), but make AA's against champions a stacking damage over time debuff. That should keep a cap on her burstyness, and she still has on hit effects and her w proc for up front damage, as well as her E and, making her think as to when she should use it.

Now we're mixing:Viktor This one's kinda tough. He's too safe for the damage he deals. His Q alone is a cornucopia of free stuff. 2 buffs and 2 damages. Someone think of something for me.

Water polo much?:Fizz, Like Viktor , he's much to safe and mobile for the damage he deals. Tank fizz had the right idea though. Why not make him a straight up fighter rather than an assassin? Bump down all his damage but make it worth his while to stick to a target. Damage reduction based on AP for his passive. Current health damage scaling with AP for his W with that activate for more damage after time still in place. Make his ult a hold to charge at an area shark attack instead of a single target fast moving skill shot of a 'fuck this guy' that it is.

One just for me: Quinn Quinn is a weird assassin pretending like she can adc. I'd like to see her either fully embrace her assassin-ness or become the true ADC assassin type she's meant to be. Her passive could easily scale with either missing health based on attack damage or be more frequent by scaling with attack speed. Q can steal Fizz'S ult going over minions by trading off the aoe, or have that aoe come with a slow instead of a blind. And make R not eat mana if you don't use it, or not so easy to stop by minion fire. That' would be nice.

item 3083 The whole refreshing out of battle thing is fine in concept, but with infi-heals raka on the loose and how long it actually takes to activate and how easy it is to stop it out, I think it should be a more "In battle" healing pickup rather than a half hearted replacement for the fountain. Perhaps a stacking cowl or an on auto self heal every 4 seconds.

Mah fave support:Soraka Raka is kind of a weird case. I'd rather see her do more with her Q. Like, bump up the range or speed of her Q, but remove some of the base heal from W in favor of a more powerful over time heal from landing good Q's. Maybe trade some of the late game cool down for a buff that only procs if she's healing herself off her Q.

Sup I wish I liked more:Sona Kinda a bullet point for Nami too. Harass is just too easy and has too much impact cuz they can heal away trades and disengage too easy. I don't know what I would do about it, it's just a thought.

Jhin Abilities more than make up for his less than stellar attack speed, and his AA's are already too good because of the bonus damage and, on crits, all that super good move speed, not to mention the super free synergy from the root. He kinda has all the pro's of an adc without any of the con's, able to do a DPS equivalent in less time and is safe because of free wards that slow, again the root, and all that movement speed. Again, I have no idea what I would do about it, though I think he has the right idea with the move speed buff.

Something new for a change: Add a new item, Starlight scimitar... or something like that. Grants 50 AD, 7% movement, 20-65 Hp on hit and has active "Star flash" 120 second cooldown. Instantly moves self 200 or 400 or something units away from nearest enemy champion. This would solve both healing being stuck to damage dealt as well as an ADC's or other keep away ad champ's survivablility without straight up buffing their durability. I think it's a worth while compromise, and if it's stats were well tuned, it could be a good counter item. (Can you tell I"m an ADC main yet?)

'I left my skill at home' Tryndamere Like a few other not to be named champions, tryn was built simply to outperform. Not out play, not stand up to, just simply be better than the other guy. He simply has too much combined power to stand as his own champion. He can freely trade with no trouble because of his heal, crit, and ult down the line, and his ability to "Turn off" other champions power by removing ad just isn't... good. I'd like to see his survivablility be tied to going in rather that just having all you can eat abilities. Make his ult short but extend when he crits, and give him a stack when he crits that bumps up his healing rather than just having a heal. And the range, speed, and damage of his spin is nuts. One of those things should be toned down, preferably the range.

item 3165 Simply too good an item as is, devaluing build choice. It's not overpowering, but tying grievous wounds to free mana, to high ap, to cool down is a bit much for one item, especially of it's price. What once was a counter item has become a hard-core core item, and not having a balance of offensive mana sustain items devalues quantity vs. quality.

item 3098 This item family shouldn't have free damage on proc. That's it.

Nunu Stacking own max heath on hit buff from Q. I feel this one should have been a long time coming.

Teemo I think vision on his shrooms should go. Make the sucker pay for wards like the rest of us. And swap his free move speed and camo skill.

Amumu Add a slight slow to his E instead of physical damage reduction, and make the slow stronger as he gets hit.

item 3361 item 2049 item 3341 These in general. I think there should be more decisive impact from them. Say, making keeping the tier 1 warding trinket and getting an ap sweeper as an item viable for ap supports. I personally think sightstone is too static of a support item.

Zyra Super way too much lane poke. I think at least her spitting plants need either less range or different lock on priority. She is unbearable and untouchable as a support.

MissFortune Her move speed is much too hard to manage with any confidence. I think minions and monsters shouldn't be able to turn it off so easy. Maybe set it back, but not turn it off.

A small nitpick, damage over time in general. I don't think it's bad, but I don't think that it should stop things that require out of combat or not taking a hit for X time for it's duration. The first tick, fine. Every other, no.

Fiddlesticks Multi bounce isn't a good mechanic for something with CC and CC potential. It's unreliable in a pinch but over powered in X situation. I'd like to see a Kat done where it simply hits targets around the initial target.

Dominion. Please bring it back in some fashion. Even if not especially the "definitely not" Verity in game rotation mode.

Evelynn Could use slight smaller range on her Q and her passive viability to make the surprise more of a surprise. Might almost make it as useful as "Fuck you" Kha.

Twitch I appreciate his Q being camo now, but his ult gives him to much lane and team fight power to make up for it. Maybe less range or remove the bonus AD in favor of less damage drop off per target. I'd also like to see his poison be a little more worth while, maybe 5% total max heath at 6 stacks.

Khazix I think Kha has way to much sustained damage and brawling prowess for someone as bursty as him. Perhaps give him some bonus damage coming out of stealth in exchange for some less damage on Q.

Kennen Ult is just a little to reliable now. perhaps turn down the frequency a tad to make the W active a part of the stun to win combo.

Darius Too much tank and damage for how unreliable kiting him is. See item 3742 . I also hate his kill power with his ult, but that's more of a personal issue.

Veigar I think he should farm for his AP. The free power from simply booping foes has proven too flex of a setup for all that free power. That, or remove some time from his stun.

Syndra Too safe, too much CC, too much kill power. Simple and clean. Perhaps give a .5 delay to when her spheres shoot off from when she hits them, or make her w mark a sphere for stun while all others slow.

Shen His kit is designed around being kinda bursty to some form but his damage is super subpar. Perhaps make him more sticky with cooldown reduction granted to his E through successful hits with his Q. Or bring back his old Q to some form, cuz that was fun.

MasterYi Way to much burst, chase, and survivablity packed into someone with more DPS than any adc. I think damage or range needs to be reduced on Q, as it's oppressive at best. I'd also like to see it's cooldown turned up in exchange for more cooldown removal per auto. Make him earn that free unavoidable damage plus invincibility. Perhaps his ult should instead ramp in power rather than last longer on kill. That one I'm not so sure of though.

item 3151 I think this one should sink just a tad more countering tanks with a modest % resist penetration instead of flat penetration, and instead we get a new flat penetration item. Not sure what, but something to give ap assassins weight like ad assassins have these days.

item 3742 Remove from game. I figure tanks should be about controlling their enemies for max damage, not getting free movement and an auto boop.

Geez luize, I feel like I barfed out a league marathon onto a sheet of paper. Someone else got something to add or subtract?

I'd say you're pretty much right here, but removing deadmans could impact alot of diff champs for ex: i like to build item 3742 on Kindred for the tankiness and ms with veig, i hate him(sorry, but i do) infinite ap is terrible, at least with thresh it's in small doses, i like the idea of removing it, but that'll turn him into a farm machine like nasus I love soraka, and playing as her, yet oddly enough I don't build warmogs on her(probably just me) sona is annoying, late game you spam everything, early game you spam everything a bit less, but the free poke is annoying

They're not. Ahri has actually been in a very good spot for a long time now.
