Aatrox Remove slow off of box. Really, with the mini knock ups in his combo he shouldn't need the slow. Ahri Change heal and move speed to a timed auto attack similar to akali. I want autos to be more useful on her without an attack speed magnifier. Akali Gets only two stacks of ult, but gets a stack back for autoing a marked champ target. Remove slow off of W. Alistar Turn heal into a stackable sheild, grant stacks on hitting champs as well. AurelionSol Leveling W adds stars instead of damage, only has AP ratio, no flat. Bard Remove passive speed from chimes, instead chimes out of combat refresh E. Only one tunnel available up at a time. Blitzcrank W no longer slows, speed ramps up like rammus, passive shield cools off slower early game, faster late game. Braum Ult deals no damage, but has a second trigger-able effect where everyone in it gets stunned for 1 second. Camille Passive cooldown longer, changes protection type based on last champ hit with an auto Cassiopeia Aatrox style "All damage heals me" for a small amount, amount tripled on E Chogath Remove health = damage scaling on ult. He only needs the bonus on his E. Damage should be given to those who build damage. Corki Package deals less damage but refreshes his cooldowns or top off his rockets. Extra munitions. DrMundo Cleavers don't slow or ult doesn't speed up. Remove health costs on all but W. Remove bonus MR. Less health = more healing off passive and more Q damage. R cast cooldown up. Soraka Q self healing apply out of combat, ratio up, only scales with AP and champion level. W base healing down, cooldown up, cost up for both mana and HP, grants AP scaling damage reduction for first .5 seconds. E grows in size over duration, starts smaller. Grants ally's move speed. R now apply's Q passive healing to all targets and a stronger damage reduction than W. Passive grants missing mana restoration when you haven't cast a spell in over 10 seconds. Syndra Rework. Not sure what but she's kinda derpy. TahmKench Ult now does small AOE damage to foes at destination that scales purely with own HP. Passive bonus damage increased to 1-3-5% based on stacks past level 13 Talon Q no longer slows Taric Passive cools down ult, ult cooldown up. E and W now scale with magic resist as well as armor. No longer procs on structures. activating E now instantly grants next auto damage boost. R no longer reveals champs, cooldown way down. Cast time up to 4 seconds. Is global. Twitch Passive deals %max health true damage up to .5 a second at max stacks, stacks only stack up to 5. E damage is now flat damage, no longer based on stacks. Udyr Trade E and passive, autos charge passive shield, E cooldown reduced by autos. Urgot E No longer a dash, allows urgot to reload all passive shots and pass over terrain in a straight line. R pulls target towards urgot, distance based on missing health and executes only if pulled target is below 20% and urgot reaches them. Slow removed. Vayne E only knocks back if it would reach terrain. Veigar Vigar only gains AP from minion kills with Q and takedown's on champs. E stun down. R stuns 1 target and damages all surrounding foes for true damage of 80% of vigars AP, no base damage Vladimir Move health cost from E to ult Warwick Q damage down, casting Q or W grants W's attack speed buff. MonkeyKing E clone walks towards and autos nearest foe target, dealing damage. Stealth duration down to 2 seconds. R doesn't knock up but grants a 20% slow. XinZhao Heals every auto, remove slow on E, Ult now has a stronger slow and only blocks effects that originate outside of ult shield. Yasuo Remove from game. His kit is straight up toxic bad. I think he needs a Major ass rework. Zac Revert changes to ult, have passive blobs uncrushable and absorb to zac during ult. Zed Remove slow on shadowed E. Remove AD stealing mechanic. Lower W cooldown at earlier ranks. Ziggs W doesn't execute turrets, cooldown down. Zilean Slow/speed buff can stack double with itself. Zoe Sleep duration way down to 1 second, ignores tenacity. Ult doesn't count for passive proc. Zyra Revert Q to circle, lower range and higher base damage for plants.

item 3151 Grants flat healing every second a foe champ is under it's effects. Health down/removed. item 3146 Healing removed, slow removed from active. active down to 20 seconds. builds from 2 longswords and a hextech pistol. Grants more AD.

Just something for the riot devs to think about if any catch their fancy.
