It isn't. It's a Nasus main's response to game length getting shorter and map pressure early game being very important. It forces the enemy jungler topside in a meta where bottom and mid pressure is important. If they don't, they lose the first turret because most top laners can't push as hard as Emax Nasus. It also minimizes Nasus' early game weaknesses in exchange for a slightly laner stack count. It has value if they know why they are maxing E.

But bronze players have been doing it just because Quas started doing it, without understanding the reasoning behind it. Bronze players can't effectively use the map pressure Nasus creates to their advantage. Most of the time I see this strategy, Nasus pushes like he should, then he gets ganked and killed like 8 times, feeding the jungler and top laner, and ends up giving up first tower and becomes useless late game.

Yup. Same as every other trolly build. But comparing it to MF support goes too far imo, since MF support is completely useless if her dmg is low (ie not snowballing), while E max Nasus at least has waveclear. It wasn't invented to trap/lie to new players.

Even normal Nasus often dies that many times in Bronze. The Nasus needs to know when to back off and wait (few do), not assume that it's his team's fault for not pushing when he dies. At least with E max they get some cs once they have double doran's.

Except bronze players can't capitalize off of the map pressure Nasus creates, and he just ends up pushing and getting ganked. Then, all he accomplishes is getting the top laner and the jungler fed, then becomes useless late game.

they could have won had nasus gone tanky and stacked his q since it was pretty much whoever aced the team won. the game was literally the team whoses tanks did a better job of tanking won and since nasus was ap he couldnt do shit
