Why does he use lines that are congratulatory for the enemy team? Ex:

He uses the congratulations Ace even when the enemy team gets an ace.

He uses the double kill that's like "yippee" when the enemy team gets a double kill.

But he has separate ones for enemy/your own turrets? Is he being sarcastic and toxic to you, or is this an oversight?

I feel that's what its like. It comes off as "ooo your enemy is winning, better get good!" and then when it's your team it's like "meh whatever"
