Who thought i was a good idea to give annie a stun she can throw out evey 3 seconds? Dont spout that oh you can just get clease..ffs that and her bear and abilities to massive damage even with MR.
Serious can someone explain why this was a good idea.
I hate stuns period. It's not skillful to be able to stun and one shot someone.

It needs to be charged, so her 5th damage skill becomes a stun. You're looking at a minimum of at least 15 seconds in the early game.
And if she's holding her stun, she can't farm very well. So why aren't you punishing her for it?
Bear doesn't stun automatically, so there's some counterplay there to escape. Flash is on a huge cooldown, so she can't Flash+Bear you regularly.
Low range for a mage, so poke her consistently. If you're melee, then you're SOL (not Aurelion either).
Build HP with some MR. It's a better option.
