Rune are gonna get removed in S8. RIOT placed them at 99% discount so ppl can enjoy them till are gone forever.

Remember that since they announced it any IP used on rune won't be refunded

This was announced like multiple times for the past few months. Plus, the Runes will be removed and then 100% refunded anyway (for runes bought this year).
