Can we have some attack damage scalings on rakan passive shield?

Alright, I know AD scalings on a sup sounds crazy. But I do have a reason. His passive shield does go down in cooldown each basic attack and spell hit (we're focusing on the basic attacks), and another truly enjoyable way to play Rakan other than the typical AP and tanky heal/support Rakan, would be top AD Rakan. His CC paired with crit atk speed and lifesteal AD if a greatly enjoyable experience that I believe would be great if added to the community. I've been winning and doing great in several different games. Even when I lose lane I can still assist my team and come back in the game if done poorly. I can do this on Rakan with the closest thing to an AD scaling is a small CDR reduction on my shield. My request is could a atk speed/atk dmg/crit scaling be applied onto his passive shield. Whether it be large or small, anything would be appreciated for my now, favorite champion, in my favorite role.
