Riot, please.. fix my MMR

I'm sincerely trying to enjoy this game, but it's becoming impossible anymore. It's like I'm matchmade as food for higher mmr players. You can check my stats - they're f-ing horrible, either I'm getting hard carried (and I feed my ass off) or I feed my ass off hard and I don't get carried. Anything I do at my mmr is literally pointless as the players aside from me are so good that I'm no more than food or a walking sightstone.

Please, Riot. Fix the damn MM. In no way I should be matchmade with someone who killed my team 23/3 last game (happened before). In no way I should be playing with 50%+ winrate people if my match history, kda and almost every other stat is way below anyone on both teams. I should be playing with people of my skill and stats, and if it's bronze 5 - so be it. But I don't deserve to be a buffet to feed higher elo players' egos. No one does.
