Nami the CC cleanser

I was watching a Youtube video on some things that riot had, what i thought to be an awesome change to Nami's ult. I was thinking about how Soraka had been messed around with and she had an ability that removed cc for her teammates. then i thought well that would be way to OP on Soraka her healing plus being able to remove CC would be too good. so i started thinking about champs that could use a boost and i thought of one of my friends mains Nami. She is not a very specialized support, she is OK at everything, so I thought if she could "wash" away the CC or Debuff's on her teammates that could be really cool changes to her. like her ult would still be the wave but any teammates it passes over get their CC "Washed" away. just an Idea hope you ponder it :^)
