What is Perfect balance like?: All champs yield ~50% win-rate [LEAVE DOWNVOTE]

AdanYEva··2 votes·633 views

Standard: early-game success | mid-game success | late-game success champion x: mostly weak | mostly weak | mostly weak = champ with < 50% win-rate champion x: mostly good | mostly good | mostly good= champ with x => 50% win-rate

if it's below 50%: overall weak at early/mid/late game if it's above 50%: champion is good at all points in the game

LEAVE A DOWNVOTE PLZ, TY

perfect balance allows all champions to theoretically have 50% winrate if played by gods.

the biggest problem tho isnt balance but design flaws.

a good example is azir. he has super low winrate despite being the strongest midlaner in the game. how can that be? its simple, his power is much harder to use than other champions power because of how not a retard you have to be to play him. yasuo players and fizz players will always feed and suck with azir.

tho this doesnt mean azir is badly designed. its actually the opposite. even though azirs kit has some flaws, his power-utilization is wonderfully designed and every champion should be like that. if you suck with a champion, he should be super weak and if you are really good with him, he should be super strong.

the more mistakes a champion forgives and the stronger his physical condition/abilities are by default, the easier it is to play him and the more successfull that champion will be statistically.

correction: I play Azir and don't do terrible, yet have 111k mastery points in Yasuo.

correction: you didnt play azir in your last 100 games and you have basically zero ranked games. you are below the threshold i even consider a player.

nothing personal bro. ah and btw, just because its funny: you have 1.6 kda on yasuo. not to mention the other champions you tried to play ranked with.

people like you are exactly the reason azir has such a low winrate. if the leader dies, who will lead?

First of all, shots fired.

I wasn't trying to strike an argument with you; I was simply stating that not all Yasuo players are shit at Azir.

Also, I don't really care that I'm bronze 3. I play the game for fun.

yes they are lol, and dont use someone who only plays legend of the poro king as an example next time please.

i mean, even if you find someone, its really a generalization. yasuo players tend to have extremely bad KDAs for whatever reason (yasuo players can make up heroic explanations for that now) and if you tend to be a player with a bad KDA, azir is simply not for you.

if you cant play him like a king, you cant play him. very simple. respect that he is the emperor.

You're Azir hater. You accept this. You can be Lux main.

after saying that azir is really well designed, what makes you think i hate him? do you suffer from decreased intelligence?

You opinions very strange.

correction...? I don't play much LotPK. I also find it incredibly creepy that you keep looking at my match history and using it against me.

i find it incredibly creepy when people who have like 2 games with a champion and not a single one in the last 100 games say they dont suck with said champion.

isnt it creepy that everyone has an opinion about everything without the slightest experience?

At this point, I feel like you're specifically trying to pick a fight with somebody who really doesn't give a shit anymore.

So, continue your ranting, but nobody will listen.

Least must be around %47-%53 not %43-%57.

Perfect balance would be:

  1. champions with low skillcaps should be around 50%.
  2. champions with high user base experience and low pick rate should be a bit higher than 50%.
  3. champions with low user base experience and high pick rate should be sub 50%.
  4. high pick rate champions should be around 50% or lower due to everyone knowing their counters and due to noobs playing them.
  5. low pick rate, high user base experience champions should be substantially above 50%.

Instead what we see here is:

  1. Mundo, one of the champions with the lowest user base experience, has one of the highest win rates. That means any random guy can play Mundo and win.
  2. Fiddlesticks, one of the champions with the highest user base experience, has one of the lowest win rates. That means even if you are a pro at fiddlesticks in plat+, you're still losing more than the guy whose doing 1st time Mundo.
  3. High pick rate champions are also high win rate.
  4. low pick rate, high user base experience champions are sub 50% except for Shaco.
  5. multiple champions with low skill caps are way above 50%.
