Ivern is pretty much trash tier... It is time to give him some mega buffs.

New Effect Ivern and his allies that enter the brush are healed for 60/70/80/90/100 (50% scaling). Can only be used once per brush.

Shield strength increased from 75/110/145/180/215 to 100/130/160/180/200
Shield strength scaling increased from 80% to 110%
Slow increased from 40%/45%/50%/55%/60% to 80% all ranks
R: Daisy!
New Effect Daisy can now apply on-hit effects and spell effects
Health increased from 1250/2500/3750 to 1500/2800/4000
Damage increased from 70/100/170 to 100/170/250
Damage scaling increased from 30% to 80%
