Why didn't you revert the poppy nerf entirely?
Poppy was horrible after the nerfs and before the nerfs and will continue being completely and absolutely unplayable. Might as well revert the nerfs.

Some riot player probably lost against a poppy.
She's still plenty of fun in normals... Especially against a riven :3
Revert the tank nerfs but keep the buffs and there yah go, now she can still build armor and be useful instead of having to build more armor just to stay alive and be a tank. She's meant to be an engage, to shutdown the mobile assassin that's one-shotting your team so your teammates can delete him... Make it so she can do that without dying in the process.
