So these little Raptor I think do way too much damage. I know they are supposed to do damage to stop stacking things like devour but they do a little too much damage and I think they need to be nerfed.

I actually like high damage raptors. It punishes junglers that can't clear the camp quickly enough (Basically every jungler below lvl 6), so once you become a higher level, the jungle becomes much easier to sustain.

You've got it backwards. It's rewarding junglers who can clear it quickly at an early stage, which are the junglers who are already doing well. It then punishes tanky junglers, who's clears aren't as good, because the sustain junglers clear their own jungle and then come trolloping through the tanky junglers' to pick up easy kills on low health tanks.

I agree. They need to do less damage still.

Also a shout out to all those PBE testers that remember when the Raptors did even more damage. About 180 damage each time they all attacked you.
