This game will never be good again?

I feel like this game is ruined and I'm thinking there may actually be no hope for it to ever be good again. Maybe someone could tell me how there is still hope, but this is how I see it.

  1. The game is horribly balanced right now. Notice there are only like 4 viable junglers. Even though there are so many other junglers, they are so much worse that a monkey probably could have them balanced better by now.

  2. Tanks will never be good again. Let's face it, due to mobility creep, other champions can just get around them too easily. And that's just going to get to be moreso as mobility increases more. So eventually, the tanks just essentially would not even be there. Assassins could just waltz around them and kill the carries, thus defeating the point in having any tanks in the first place.

  3. Without tanks, the game will not be balanced. Every good champion will be some almost unhittable by any abilities that beat it since there needs to be counterplay for all of those, so they will reign supreme.

Tbh I think we should all give up on this game and play a better one. Almost any other MOBA is probably going to be better once this game has gone far enough in the wrong direction.

Just because you don't have fun anymore doesn't mean the game isn't good.

The only 4 viable junglers thing was a minor detail. I'm much more worried about the way this game is heading as time approaches infinity. Yes, we'll never get there, but it's getting closer to there. Eventually it will not be a league of strategy anymore. It'll entirely be a league of outplaying. And with very few usable champions most likely. Imagine if every champion were a Kalista with a Fizz e tacked onto her kit.

Now, some would argue that 5v5 with everyone being that champion would be really fun. Which, yes it appeals to some, but there's no balance to the game, that's just the best champion, and there's no more other roles, and the game is almost entirely about simply outplaying your opponents with very limited other strategies to use anymore.

You still seem to miss the point. It doesn't matter how balanced things were in season 2. And no I don't miss my role being stronger before or anything like that. In fact, it's likely at the strongest it's ever been, or at least very close to it.

What I mean is this. The game is not nearly balanced now. And the greatest upper bound on the level of balance is less than or equal to the greatest upper bound allowed by the mobility creep's restrictions means that it's not going to get balanced unless it entirely goes into the 6th dimension or something.

I'm not just saying this game is necessarily doomed to fail. But I did want ideas on how we can potentially go into the 6th dimension, if you will, rather than just going down that seemingly horrible road to nowhere like how it's currently going. Maybe some day, tanks will have skill shots for 10 mana that have a 1 second cooldown and stun for 5 seconds. And they'll provide strong aura buffs for the team just by being there. Seems op now, but eventually, it'll be like every tanks needs to have seemingly crazy strong abilities like this in order to even be relevant. So, sadly, almost every current tank seems like it's going to need to be reworked in order to be relevant eventually. And then virtually every other immobile champion that still exists. Do people have other ideas for some sort of mass reworks like making all tanks like this? I think this kind of thing is going to be needed eventually as most of the current champions are just never going to be balanced now without reworks.

Edit: Wow, this post didn't parse correctly before. Fixed now.

People always do this crap, "things were better in my day" is usually a load of hog-spit no jungler can match what Alistar was back in his heyday, level 2 meant no one got to leave their tower because he would just waltz in and that was that, no chance to really dodge or counter him, dashes are nothing compared to point and click ranged stuns, which you only see on older champs out side of an ult,
