The current state of the champions
Based on data that goes back as far as 5.1, so some of these might be slightly inaccurate, I've comprised this list of categories for the champions:

Useless without rework (Essentially never picked champions in the highest skill levels of play, and yet they have little to no mobility to the point where they're just going to get worse. If you ask me, this is a disgrace. There are way too many useless champions that need a rework in order to essentially even be in the game anymore. Let's face it, if you want to get really good at this game, you pretty much have to pick champions from the top list and get good with them. They're the only ones that are both really good, and going to remain really good for a really long time. Others will phase in and out of being really good, or just remain useless until reworked. I think more of these champions need to be fixed before adding more champions like Kalista that add a whole bunch more to the rework pile.
