I feel is an item that is so unique with a lot of potential. I have an idea.
What if we made into a hybrid item with like 35 armor and magic resist, gave it 300 health, and had the effect apply to All ability damage instead of just AP or AD?
I'm looking at you,

Honestly though Idk. Making it apply to all ability damage would make the item basically mandatory on anyone who wanted to be tanky, and it makes it too overloaded of an item. People would start buying this into damage items because of how strong it could be.
