I just played a ranked game but my WiFi shut down and i couldnt restart the game. Now i got a 20 minutes timer for 5 games. I don’t think this is fair because it wasnt on purpose. Can you please take the timer away or make it less?

But it's fair that people have to deal with a 4v5 because you can't be responsible enough not to que up until your problems are fixed? LPQ don't happen from a 1 time incident.
You have to have it happen like 5 times to get to 20 minutes.
The timer is supposed to be a punishment, but it's also there to ensure you have a good internet connection before playing. If you lose connection while the timer is still ticking down, it will reset.
